Our range of aluminum blinds and shutters only includes products from companies in the possessing the Qualicoat mark, with a coating system that consists of:
Acid degreasing at 50 ° and double washing with demineralized water
Alkaline pickling at 50 ° and double washing with demineralized water
Acid deoxidation and double washing with demineralized water
Chromate treatment at 30 °
Specific washing with demineralized water
Drying
Coating by polyester powder electrostatically applied
Polymerization in oven at temperature of 180 ° -200 °

Alwood finishes are obtained by applying an approved bottom Qualicoat and subsequently transferring the different finishes with "heat Transfer" VIV-DECORAL system. Any shade variations in the final product, are the result of a production process that aims at simulating the natural irregularities of the wood.
